The annual event was held at Pechanga Resort & Casino where 630 community leaders attended the event. Through this program Mayor Chuck Washington took the audience back through the many accomplishments of 2006, and highlighted the City’s vision for the future to truly engage the Community through Temecula Outreach 2007. With high hopes and a bright future, Temecula will “Soar to New Heights in 2008.”

The 16th annual golf tournament was held at Temecula Creek Inn on all 27 holes had 191 golfers participate. The event sponsored by Paradise Chevrolet Cadillac allowed 50 businesses to promote their product and services to the golfers.

June 28, 2007 @ Pechanga Resort & Casino

The 7th Annual Business & Economic Forecast “A Comprehensive Look at Southwest California's Economic Future” was held at Pechanga Resort & Casino with 400 attendees. Dr. John Husing presented the 2007 Economic Growth as well as offer a projection for 2008.

The annual event took place at Wilson Creek Winery. Over 500 people attended the Las Vegas themed event. The event sponsored by Harrah’s Rincon Casino & Resort offered sample food from 10 local restaurants. At the end of the evening all participants had an opportunity to win great prize packages and a cash prize donated by Toyota of Temecula Valley.

The 5th Annual Legislative Summit “Future of California” was held at Pechanga Resort & Casino with 250 attendees. The event held a panel discussion in which Senator Dennis Holligsworth, Assembly member Kevin Jeffries, Special Advisor to Governor Schwarzenegger, David Crane, Caltrans District Director, Michael Perovich, Eastern Municipal Water District Board member, Randy Record and President of Pechanga Development Corporation, Amy Minniear discussed topics such as; Water Supply, Transportation, Energy Infrastructure/Supply, Budget, Native American Issues and Economic Development.

The 16th annual event was held at Pechanga Resort & Casino. 90 businesses showcased their products and services to the community and Chamber members in attendance. Businesses varied from home-based to government agencies.

Pechanga Resort & Casino, 7:30-9:30am. "Winning Championships" The Honorable Mayor Mike Naggar will present this year’s the State of the City Address. The City has worked with community partners to provide a great community to live in that includes wonderful parks, a great new library, community center, and theater, just to name a few of the championships that Temecula has won. Teamwork is the key to our success and the reason the City has been able to accomplish projects that seemed impossible. The Mayor is very excited about the upcoming endeavors such as the new Civic Center in Old Town, Hospital, and the implementation of the Youth Master Plan….just to name a few of the ventures the City is looking forward to in 2008.

Networking Breakfast

The Networking Breakfast is held on the fourth Wednesday of each month at BJ’s Restaurant from 7:30-9:00am. Coffee and Danish are provided. Each attendee has the opportunity to announce themselves and their business in a brief introduction to the entire group. After the business Spotlight Presentation open networking occurs. It is a great way to brush up on your networking skills and meet other chamber members. The event is free for members and $20 for non-members. Sponsorship opportunities are available and can include a 5-7minute Spotlight Presentation. For more information please contact the Membership Department.

Mixers
Mixers are typically held the third Wednesday of each month from 5:30-7:30pm. This event offers a great way to meet fellow members, promote your business, and learn about other Chamber events and benefits of membership. Each month the mixer is hosted by a different member business, the location of the mixer is determined by the host. The average attendance at a mixer event is 300-350 members. The event is free to members and $20 for non-members. Opportunities to host and or co-host mixers are available. For more information please contact the Membership Department.

Business Success Forum
The Business Success Forum is an opportunity for small and home-based businesses to come together and discuss business practices. This educational environment is an invaluable resource to help build and grow your business successfully. This event is held over lunch, the second Tuesday of each month at the Chamber office. It is free to attend for both members and nonmembers. Lunch is provided compliments of Costco.

Power Networking Workshop
At the Power Networking Workshop you will learn how to network successfully, master the art of business etiquette, add “polish” to your presence, and develop your competitive edge.

No cost to attend. Chamber members only please. Held the first Tuesday of every month, 12 – 1:30 pm, at the Chamber.

5 Minute Networking
5 Minute Networking is the newest way to network with other business professionals. During the hour and a half event, you will have the chance to speak with at least 15 different individuals, one-on-one, in 5 minute increments. You can describe your respective business, exchange business cards, and pass on referrals. When you hear the bell, it’s time to move on to another table and meet someone new! After the event, your 5 Minute Networking online profile will be updated and track the business contacts you make. This event is held, 4:15-6:05pm, the second Thursday of each month at a different location.

Baby Boomer Spotlight
Bringing Chamber & Community Members together who are a part of or who serve the Baby Boomer Generation.
• Promote & find resources for all aspects of life
• Get information on issues affecting the BB Generation
• Build relationships & networking
• Share experiences & enrich lives
This event is held the 2nd Friday of each month at the Chamber, 8-9:30am.

Chamber Coffee Connection
An 'open house' event held the first Friday of each month at the Chamber, 8-9:30am. This event provides a casual way to reconnect with other Chamber members. No reservations needed.

Sphere of Influence
The purpose of the Sphere of Influence is to bring business people together who have a similar customer base to network with each other to build relationships. This event is held once a quarter, the fourth Tuesday of the month, 9:30-11:30am.
