Shelly Rohlfs

Director of Learning and Development, Jack in the Box, Inc.

Shelly Rohlfs began her professional journey at the age of 15.  Overcoming the challenges and adversity of supporting herself at such a young age, she was determined to discover her strength and apply the courage necessary to forge her own road to success. Although unconventional, her path has ultimately led to her true passion for leading the learning and development efforts for the Jack in the Box brand. As a full-time mother, wife, and business professional, Shelly’s ambition to achieve her academic goals inspired her to acquire her B.A. in Communication from University of Phoenix and a Master’s Certificate in Strategic Organizational Leadership and Management from Michigan State University.  Her commitment to creating experiences that unleash the potential in people prompted her to originate Jack in the Box’s first women’s Business Resource Group, Developing Women Leaders, and organize and facilitate yearly conferences sponsoring the education and growth of women.

Erin Youngren smallErin Youngren

Co-Founder & COO, The Youngrens, Inc.

Erin Youngren and her husband, Jeff, are road warriors, creative entrepreneurs, wedding photographers, and business coaches that believe in building businesses that matter. She’s spent the past decade traveling the world photographing beautiful weddings for couples she adores, and has gone from running a modest wedding side business out of her kitchen to building the top wedding and commercial photography studio in San Diego, CA, with a fulltime staff and team of ten photographers that generates over half a million in revenue every year. Like any journey, the road hasn’t been easy or straight, but the lessons she’s learned of what it means to scale a business while staying true to her core purpose have been invaluable in coaching other business owners. Today, she sees far too many female entrepreneurs and talented women in the workplace suffer from crippling burnout, and her mission is to turn the tide of soul-sucking hustle and comparison into life-giving purpose. In April, Erin also embarked on the most rewarding journey of her entire life – becoming a mom to her beautiful baby boy, James.
