13 Jul Breaking News | New Closure Orders
Dear Business Community,
Today, Governor Newsom delivered some breaking news. We share this information as it applies to businesses within Riverside County. Effective immediately, indoor operations for many industries are ordered to close.
Any business within today’s closure order should begin making plans to close indoor operations before the end of the day. When possible, these businesses are encouraged to revert to any outdoor operations possible (including online, curbside, take out, or outdoor operation by temporary use permit.)
The spirit of the order is to minimize close contact indoors. As we have more information available, we will provide it. Please contact us with any questions via email or phone.
Indoor Operations Closed Effective July 13, 2020
- Fitness Centers
- Worship Services / Places of Worship
- Indoor Protests
- Offices for non-essential sectors (for a list of essential businesses, click here)
- Personal Care Services (e.g. – nail salons, body, waxing, and tattoo parlors)
- Hair Salons & Barber Shops
- Inside Seating for Dine In Restaurants
- Wineries and Tasting Rooms
- Movie Theaters
- Family Entertainment Centers (e.g. bowling alleys, mini golf, batting cages)
- Zoos and Museums
- Cardrooms (not casinos)
Closed for Indoor and Outdoor Operation
While the Governor’s press conference did not address curbside, to go, or take out options for the following industries, it is safe to presume that if you were properly licensed and approved to operate a curbside, to go, or take out aspect of business before, you may revert to that operation now.
