This conference is designed to inspire, motivate and equip business professionals to succeed. By attending, guests will have the opportunity to hear extraordinary speakers share their experiences and receive practical tools to flourish in today’s business world. This event will include exhibitor tables set up by local businesses, a silent auction with fabulous items donated by the business community, delicious food prepared by Pechanga’s Award-Winning Chef and a designer handbag opportunity drawing.

WIB Reservations

Reservations: Includes event admittance, continental breakfast, lunch, souvenir and entry into the designer handbag drawing donated by Julie Ngo Agency State Farm Insurance.

TVCC Members: $65 per person or $700 for a corporate table of 10.
Non-Members: $85 per person or $900 for a corporate table of 10.

*Reservations made after September 10th, 2021 are an additional $15/person.

Dr. Betina Wofford-Gilmore

Topic: The Art of Human Connection

Dr. Betina Wofford-Gilmore, is a clinical therapist, educator, entrepreneur, consultant, and program developer. With nearly 20 years of experience in the clinical, administrative, and educational arms of Social Work, Dr. Wofford-Gilmore has a developed a reputation as an innovative leader, collaborator, and motivator. Currently, Betina serves as the program director for (FACES) the Faculty Advocacy, Care, Engagement and Support program and a professor in the Master of Social Work program at California State University (San Marcos).

Karissa Harrison

Topic: Enneagram for Business

Karissa is a Certified Enneagram Coach and Consultant who is passionate about helping leaders use the Enneagram to create a plan for personal and spiritual growth that works so well, everyone around them notices the results. With more than 15 years of leadership experience, including at the executive level, she is passionate about helping individuals and teams use the Enneagram to perform at their highest and best. She’s been married to Ryan for 14 years, they have 3 school age kids, and live in Murrieta, CA. She prefers a great book to Netflix and quiet conversations over large crowds.

Denyse Wilson

Topic: Diversity & Culture in the Workplace

Denyse Wilson has been a licensed Realtor for over 15 years. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management and is currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Board of Director for Southwest Riverside County Association of Realtor. Denyse currently serves as Commissioner for the City of Temecula’s Race, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion committee. She currently serves as Vice-President on the Governing Board at Rancho Community Church in Temecula. Denyse is serving her seventh year on the Executive Leadership Team for the American Heart Association.
