The Year 2017 Northern California, one of In Style’s 2019 Badass 50, one of Fast Company’s Most Creative People in Business and one of Fortune’s Most Powerful Women Entrepreneurs. The Huffington Post listed her as one of six disruptors in business, alongside Steve Jobs and Mark Zuckerberg.
Previously, Kara was at AOL, where she helped lead the growth of its shopping and ecommerce business to over $1 billion. In 2016, she launched The Kara Network, a mentoring platform to help other entrepreneurs, and she recently launched the podcast Unstoppable, where she interviews disruptors across various industries.

Lauren Farmer began her career with a dual degree in marketing and graphic design, spending her first several years working with major global brands Billabong (Marketing Coordinator) and Puravida Bracelets (Art Director). While all career experience is invaluable, Lauren soon realized that her passion was finding the story behind the brand and making that story accessible to customers through the use of graphic design, social media management and digital marketing. Realizing she’d like to write her own story, she took a leap of faith in 2015 and set out to build her own brand, known today as Sip Dine Design (@sipdinedesign).

She began as an influencer and today, in just 4 years, Sip Dine Design has grown to be a full-service marketing agency, employing a team of 7 females, doin the damn thing on the daily. Specializing in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, and graphic design, Lo has learned that personalization and consumer connection are invaluable to a growing business. SDD allows Lauren the freedom to work with fellow small-business owners–helping to share their stories, refine their brand, and grow their business–all while building her own brand in the process.

Alesia Amodio co-founded California Realty Experts with the goal of positively influencing those under her leadership and within her community. From her experience in the corporate world and leading large organizations, she understands how true potential is often times capped and, therefore, is adamant about developing people to operate above the status-quo. Women have a unique set of challenges and mindset that she believes we need to overcome. In meeting with 100’s of women she has learned it comes down to the basics. Identifying your sense of purpose. Reviving your senses to see a new outlook, to listen to the right voices, speak the truth and be intentional about having a renewed mind. Alesia coaches women to learn and understand when you have the right sense about who you are, it is then you know what to do. Certified John Maxwell Coach and Trainer complements her passion for women to be learners of their life and legacy makers in the world around them.
